Shri Sai Sansthan Samiti, Satna is a well recognized non-profit, non-governmental and non- political voluntary social service organization established in the year 2007 with it’s head office at 'SAIKRIPA' Near Santoshi Mata Temple J.R.Birla Marg, SATNA - 485 005 (M.P.). We are registered under Madhya Pradesh Societies Act 1973 and have Registration No. 05/26/01/07140/07 Dated:14th August,2007. Main objective of the organization is to serve the animals like unattended, roaming, thirsty and hungry cows who can neither speak, struggle, steal or demand nor quarrel for food to survive without it. Non Milk giving cows are forced to die in the absence of water and fodder. Owners could not afford to keep the live stock and feed properly, so these are let loose and they roam about unattended. Sansthan is of the opinion that these animals need more personal attention than the human beings.

Second aim of Shri Sai Sansthan Samiti, Satna is to bring about remarkable development in the life of our poor and illiterate rural people with special attention to the tribal residing in for off unapproachable and hilly areas. More emphasis is given on there socio-economic development. To achieve all these aims and objectives Shri Sai Sansthan Samiti, Satna runs one “Gau Shala” in village Ramsthan near Babupur in District Satna (MP) on a 2 Hectars piece of land.
